The interdepartmental scientific clinical laboratory is formed to help the scientific workers of our University organize and conduct investigations, provide information material.
The interdepartmental scientific clinical laboratory includes the following subdivisions (departments):
1. general – clinical laboratory,
2. biochemical laboratory
3.immunological laboratory
4.immunoferment laboratory
5.morphological laboratory
6.laboratory of polymerase chain reaction
Each laboratory department is headed by the senior laboratory worker, who has taken special courses of the post-graduated education faculty. The laboratory is attested by the commission of Ministry of Public Health of Ukraine for the right to conduct investigations in the field of Public Health for the 5 year time (certificate series KÄË ¹ 001484).
Biochemical laboratory is equipped with the biochemical semiautomatic analizator “Screen Master Plus”, spectrophotometer ÑÔ-46, photoelectrocalorimeter “ ÊÔÊ-3”, “Ðåôëîëþê” apparatus. Since 2004 the lab is the participant of international quality control of laboratory investigations awarding to PREVECAL system.
Immunological laboratory is equipped with the luminescence microscope, which provides performing analyses by means of the monoclonal serum.
Immunoferment laboratory is equipped with the immunoferment analyzer “STAT-FAZ 303” and conducts investigations of hormone level and antigen defining.
Laboratory of polymerase chain reaction is equipped with the “PERCIN ELMER” amplifier. At presents the investigations of hepatitis B,C,G virus, cytomegalovirus infection, chlamidiosis, helicobacter, papillomavirus, herpes simplex are being carried out.
